How do we get paid from selling your website or Prestigious Domain?

Commission payment upon successful sale of website. Instead of paying to advertise on our website, the majority of our clients instruct us to undertake all the advertising & marketing of the website/domain &and take 15% of the final sale fee. So if a website sells for £10,000 we will invoice the client for £1500 upon successful transfer of website & all intellectual property rights.
